They span both parts of the standard: your risk and opportunity assessment, stakeholder analysis, and materiality matrix from Part I, your sustainability philosophy and Code of Conduct, your goals and action plan, your organizational chart, your legal register, your internal audit report, and your annual sustainability report, plus your climate balance sheet and human rights due diligence documentation from Part II. Every one lives in your Proof Library with a single owner.
Certification runs through a two-stage audit: a remote review of your documents, then an on-site audit with management interviews and a site visit. Standard fees scale with your annual net revenue, from 100 euros for companies under 2 million euros in revenue to 3,000 euros for companies above 500 million. Your certification body adds its own audit fee on top, typically 2 to 5 audit days at around 1,500 euros per day. The certificate stays valid for three years, with two monitoring audits in between.
